Pick up
- You can avoid delivery charges by picking up your package in Al Raha Beach, Abu Dhabi. Select pick up upon checkout - our team will contact you via email/message with the available timings for pick up
- Self pick up orders are usually prepared in 48h, however company logistics may occasionally force us to take longer to have it ready for you. Please bear with us!
If your order is returned to us due to failed delivery, re-shipping will be charged (30 AED)
If delivery is not possible due to incomplete address information, shipping fees will not be refunded
We reserve the right to delay your shipment subject to company logistics
